How to Claim a Bonus
Claiming any of our offers takes a few minutes. Follow these steps and the bonus lands in your account without a support ticket.
- 1. Register an account at vegashero-aud.com with your correct personal details
- 2. Verify your email address and log in
- 3. Open the promotions page and read the terms for the offer you want
- 4. Deposit at least the minimum amount for that offer (2 AUD for the welcome bonus)
- 5. Accept the bonus when prompted, no promo code needed
- 6. Play through the wagering requirement within the validity period, 14 days on the welcome offer
How Wagering Works Here
Wagering means you must bet the bonus amount a set number of times before withdrawing it. Our welcome bonus carries a 35x wager on the bonus portion. Here is a worked example with real numbers.
Say you deposit 100 AUD and receive a 100 AUD bonus. The wagering requirement is 100 AUD x 35 = 3,500 AUD in bets. Once you have placed 3,500 AUD worth of eligible wagers, the bonus and any winnings from it convert to withdrawable cash. Bets on pokies count fully; other game types contribute at a reduced rate, covered in the next section.
Bonus Terms You Should Know
Every bonus we issue works under the same core conditions. Read them before playing so nothing surprises you at withdrawal time.
